mysterious textbooks

In preparation for the upcoming semester, I’ve purchased three textbooks online from ebay and amazon while still looking for one more.
These textbooks are so freakin’ expensive!! On these books, I’ve spent well over $200 bucks. I still need one more book but I’m waitlisted in that class, now I really don’t know what to do. That book is gonna cost me at least another 60 bucks. Ouch.
So far, I’ve received all of the books. They’re so big. *_* I didn’t really want to look through them because they scare me already. I briefly looked over my toxicology textbook. OMG. Is it written in English? It’s like one those really deep/scientific/complicated kind of things. I really can’t see myself learning all of that!
Well….I guess I felt that way about my ochem textbook, too. But it wasn’t so bad.
But it’s upper division stuff…I’m scared. arghhhhhh…..!!
